1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, which will include a dedicated carrier tracking number.
Please note: Processing time is completely separate from transit/shipping time. In periods of high order volume or unexpected carrier delays, processing may take up to 4 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & TRANSIT TIMES
We proudly offer optimized international shipping directly to the United States and the United Kingdom. To guarantee maximum value and strict quality control, our universal zipper replacement kits are dispatched directly from our verified fulfillment and manufacturing hubs center.

Important Note on Delivery Estimates: All posted delivery times are realistic estimates provided by our partner logistics networks. While the vast majority of packages arrive securely within or before the stated timeframe, delivery dates are not strictly guaranteed due to potential external logistics bottlenecks, local sorting facility volume, or customs checks.
3. SHIPMENT TRACKING & VERIFICATION
Once your package is handed over to the postal carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address.
- Tracking information typically becomes active and updates within 48 to 72 hours after the shipping email is sent.
- You can easily track your parcel live directly on our store's tracking page or through major postal networks (such as USPS for United States deliveries and Royal Mail for United Kingdom deliveries).
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and IMPORT TAXES
InstantZip is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, or local customs processing fees).
5. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate, secure, and complete. Please double-check your apartment number, suite, or unit details before finalizing your order.
- Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us at hello@instantzip.shop within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, the shipping label cannot be altered, modified, or rerouted.
- Carrier Returns: If a package is returned to our facilities by the carrier due to an "Incomplete Address", "Incorrect Address", or "Unclaimed Package", the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to resend the package, or a partial refund will be processed in line with our standard terms.
6. DAMAGES, LOST PARCELS, AND MISSING ITEMS
InstantZip provides fully insured shipping on all orders to protect your purchase during transit. If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is officially declared lost by the carrier network, please reach out to our dedicated support team immediately.
- Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us within 5 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage, so we can immediately expedite a free replacement item or a full refund.
- Stolen or Missing Packages: If your tracking link states your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check your property, leasing office, and neighbors. If the package remains missing, contact your local postal branch to open an official inquiry. InstantZip is not liable for packages stolen from your property once marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our automated fulfillment network processes orders rapidly to ensure the fastest possible delivery times, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out. If you no longer want the product, you may return it in accordance with our standard Refund Policy once it safely arrives at your location.
